is_active	Set Merchant to Active
billing_arrangement	Billing Arrangement Settings
supports_barcode	Whether or not a merchant can scan optical barcodes to redeem offers
redemption_identifier_type	Redemption Identifier
primary	Primary Contact Information ( pass: name, phone, and email )
secondary	Secondary Contact Information ( pass: name, phone, and email )
